Amaranth Microgreens

Contains a robust flavor, similar to mustard - but much less spicy. It can add depth to any dish that requires fresh greens or amazing colors.

Amaranths are very sensitive once harvested and cannot stand refrigeration (they will wilt).

These will come unharvested. Cut them right before serving. Their yield is on the lighter side compared to other microgreens. Mainly used as garnish, for it's color, and that extra oomph in taste.

Please Note: All products are grown to order and delivered weekly or every other week (you decide on frequency). It takes about 2 weeks to grow microgreens and that is why we only sell them on a subscription basis. We normally have extra inventory on hand so you don't have to wait 2 weeks, but please understand this is for a subscription order.

Cancellation requires a 7 days notice so we can stop your custom order. If your next delivery date is within these 7 days, that order will still be shipped and charged. The same goes for pausing/skipping an order.
